Who we are

Write to hello@ballupnord.com. The list is held by Rhynoflow, CVR 43367994, Copenhagen, Denmark.

What we keep when you join

• Your email address.
• When you joined.
• Which version of the tick box text you agreed to.

We keep no IP address and no device data.

Why

To send you the Sunday email you asked for. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR article 6(1)(a)). We never sell or share the list.

Where it lives

In a Cloudflare database in the EU. When the Sunday email starts, the service that sends it gets your address only to deliver it.

How long

Until you leave, or two years after the last email we sent you, whichever comes first.

Leaving

Write to hello@ballupnord.com and we take you off the list. Every Sunday email will also carry a leave link.

Your rights

You can see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. You can complain to Datatilsynet, the Danish data protection authority, at datatilsynet.dk.
